	want it to apply to say.. submission in master.cf.. you have to
	negate it in master.cf

	settings regarding SASL/TLS in the files master.cf & main.cf

	should be included in main.cf. such as : smtpd_sasl_type &&
	smtpd_sasl_path

	main.cf when SALS/TLS in not needed for port 25 and the rest of
	the SASL/TLS options should be added to master.cf
